SportMed PPG bracelet

The SportMed PPG armband is a good alternative if you do not like to wear a (SportMed) chest strap during your SportMed (outdoor/@HOME) training.

From the SPOL app you load your personal heart rate zones to the armband and the colored LED indicator shows you in which zone you are training (and whether you are collecting SportMed FITT Units).

Please note!

The SportMed PPG armband does not have BlueRobin technology - like the SportMed chest straps do - and is therefore not compatible with the HeartRateCoach (HRC T1) and the SportMed CardioCorner system (which is used in fitness clubs).
